DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

BUYER (CONSUMER):
A natural or legal person who makes a purchase through the website.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased by the BUYER through pharmatida.com.tr.

3. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

The agreement is deemed to be established when the BUYER places an order through the website and completes the payment.
Information regarding the order is sent to the BUYER via email.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1. Price
Product prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. Prices cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.

4.2. Payment Methods

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • Bank transfer (EFT)

  • Payment via iyzico

Payment transactions are carried out through a secure infrastructure, and your card details are not stored in the system.

5. DELIVERY

  • Products are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER.

  • Siparişler 1-3 iş günü içinde kargoya verilir, yoğunluk durumuna göre bu süre 5 iş gününe kadar uzayabilir.

  • Shipping cost is specified during the order process.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

6.1. CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused

  • The original packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be submitted in writing

6.2. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Hygiene and personal care products

  • Opened cosmetic products

  • Single-use products

6.3. RETURN PROCESS

Return requests must be sent to info@pharmatida.com.tr.
Approved returns are refunded within 14 business days using the original payment method.

7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

The SELLER ensures that the products are delivered in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
In case of defective products, the BUYER’s legal rights are reserved.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The BUYER’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes:

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees

  • Consumer Courts

are authorized.

10. EFFECTIVE DATE

By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
