DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

1. DELIVERY TERMS
Orders placed through pharmatida.com.tr are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER.
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days; depending on workload, this period may extend up to 5 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Shipping cost is specified during the order process.
2. IMPORTANT NOTES DURING DELIVERY
The package should be checked upon delivery.
A report must be prepared with the courier in case of damaged packages.
In cases where no report is prepared, damage assessment will be carried out according to the procedures of the shipping company.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers:
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product.
The product must be unused in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
4. RETURN CONDITIONS
For return procedures:
The product must be in its original packaging.
The product must be unused and undamaged.
The product must be sent together with the invoice.
- Return shipping cost belongs to the buyer.
- In case of incorrectly delivered products, the shipping cost is covered by the seller.

5. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following products are not eligible for return:
Hygiene and personal care products
Opened cosmetic products
Single-use products
6. RETURN PROCESS
Your return request will be reviewed and approved.
Approved returns will be refunded within 14 business days using the original payment method.
