SUBJECT<\/strong><\/p><p>The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased by the BUYER through pharmatida.com.tr.<\/p><p><strong>3. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The agreement is deemed to be established when the BUYER places an order through the website and completes the payment.<br>Information regarding the order is sent to the BUYER via email.<\/p><p><strong>4. PRICE AND PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4.1.<\/strong> <strong>Price<\/strong><br \/>Product prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT.
